Fisher set the all-time assist record for the all-star game, which features the best high school players from across the country.
Fisher finished with 13 points and shared the game's most valuable player award with UCLA-bound Kevin Love and NC State-recruit James Hickson.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Fisher attributed his success to the unselfish attitudes of his teammates:
I always look to get my teammates involved, even in an all-star game. Everybody on our team didn't come out tonight just looking for their points.
Corey Stokes, a McDonald's All American headed to Villanova, also played for the West team.
